First-Time Homebuyers Myths

Purchase Assistance and TaxSmart Mortgage Credit Program

Counselors from the GLCU Foundation for Financial Empowerment are proud to offer helpful resources for counseling clients. Two such programs are the HomeGrown Grant Program that helps low- to moderate-income households, and the TaxSmart Mortgage Credit Program provides a federal income tax credit to qualified homebuyers.

Scholarship Awarded to Eight Deserving Members
